The food was great! . Nice bartenders!. Dolphin Beach is an absolute must!
Accustomed rooms, especially the bathrooms. . It was very loud in the dining room. Location without a car might not be ideal and the beaches in the whole of Eilat not very nice!

The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. I particularly enjoyed the attention to detail, such as having basic amenities in the rooms and a balcony without any additional charges. The location near the bus station is very convenient, allowing easy access to various entertainment options.
Some minor improvements could be made to enhance the overall experience.

I was in hotel with the son and the girlfriend. We liked all. Tasty meal, good service. The polite personnel. The panel did not work, have there and then replaced. In number purely. A towel changed daily. Parlourmaids did not demand any tip. We have forgotten in number money for a table as it is accepted when give tip. Have come, money for a place. The meal was very tasty and various. Cleanliness around. In a dining room the boy constantly goes and cleans. For three stars - excellent hotel. We recommend, not disappointment.

In the hotel we felt really in the middle of Israeli life. On Shabbat there was a real atmosphere. Nevertheless, it was never so loud that one could not sleep.

The food was very, very, very tasty. The rooms were clean and well equipped
The dining room resembles a canteen. It is very loud and uncomfortable. The pool closes at 5:00. Everything is cleared away and even the pool is fenced off. You can't even lie on a cot after 5:00.

3-Times a day meals in the hotel definitely save your time and money. If you don't expect comfort hotel and you are not gourmets, the hotel might be good value for money, especially when the price is quite low.
Definitely, it is not a deluxe hotel, it's quite old and dirty. The towels in our bath were not clean. The shower head was broken. What was good, however, when we asked to fix it, they replaced it with the new one very fast.

the hotel's central location made it easy to access all the shopping and restaurants we wanted to visit.
The noise level from nearby planes taking off and landing was unrelenting. This would not be an ideal hotel for anyone who is sensitive to noise.

1. Staff: congratulations to owners and hotel management - they managed to get the best staff that I saw in Eilat. Kind, quick, ready to help in every difficult situation, ready to give any advice to you. It was a real pleasure to have a deal with them. Special thanks to Natalya from reception for her attention to any little problem that we ever had. 2. Food: if you are not a real gourmet, you will be enjoyed your meal. They even have an icecream for lunch and dinner. 3. View: if you get a pool view room, you will have a seaview at the same time. 4. Extras: free bikes, free wifi, free towels, free parking. Everything is free. It's beautiful!
It is not a new hotel. But you will not be disappointed with it, because all things are running well and nothing else matters. And it is not a beach hotel. It's too far from any beach. But we had rented a car and the problem was solved.
